Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC)
In November 2008, the Sunol Smart Carpool Lane Joint Powers Authority (JPA) – a predecessor to Alameda CTC – awarded ETC a project to implement and operate an Express Lane on Interstate I-680. In January 2005, the Illinois Tollway selected ETC to implement the reciprocity (interoperability) program between its I-PASS system and the Interagency Advisory Group (IAG). North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA)
ETC has been the systems integrator for NTTA since 1999. Through this partnership, ETC has developed one of the most comprehensive electronic toll collection solutions available, the RITE™ Solution. This end-to-end solution replaced NTTA’s legacy system, and has been expanded to support NTTA’s new facilities. Georgia State Road & Tollway Authority (SRTA)
In March 2010, SRTA selected ETC to provide its High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) to High Occupancy Toll (HOT) lane solution for the Interstate 85 Express Lanes. Additionally, ETC replaced SRTA’s CSC and Host software infrastructure. Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT)
In January 2010, WSDOT selected ETC to provide the systems and operations to support its new Statewide CSC. A primary goal of WSDOT is to enable drivers to use their Good To Go! accounts at any tolling facility in the state with one account, one transponder, and one customer service center contact. In February 2011, ETC assumed operations of customer service activities for the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and SR 167 HOT lanes, and initiated customer service activities for the SR 520 bridge.Learn More
